Early access applications are processed to take steps at your request before a possible technical evaluation or commercial relationship. Product-fit evaluation and proportionate abuse prevention are also processed for the legitimate interests of responding to relevant requests and protecting the website, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. Applications that do not progress into an active early access evaluation or commercial discussion are normally deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Records connected to an active relationship may be retained longer where contractual, tax, or legal obligations require it. Closed privacy-request records are retained for up to 24 months to document their handling.
