Data controller
Object Consulting di Alessandro De Stasio, Florence, Italy, is responsible for the information collected through this website. devFlorence is the public software development brand used for Neurons-related services. The privacy request form below is the contact channel for data-protection matters.
Information collected
The early access form asks for business contact and qualification information: name, work email, company, role, company website, country, current collaboration tools, Matrix/Synapse/Element usage, estimated users, customer-hosted deployment needs, AWS readiness, timeline, use case description, acknowledgement of this notice, submission time, and page source. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters use one-way hashes derived from email address and source IP; raw IP addresses are not stored in those counters.
Purpose
The information is used only to evaluate whether the Neurons Early Access Program is relevant for your organization, respond to your request, plan a technical discovery conversation, and understand early product fit.
Legal basis
Early access applications are processed to take steps at your request before a possible technical evaluation or commercial relationship. Product-fit evaluation and proportionate abuse prevention are also processed for the legitimate interests of responding to relevant requests and protecting the website, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. Privacy requests are processed to comply with data-protection obligations.
Storage and processors
Submissions are handled by the shared marketing form infrastructure, stored in DynamoDB, and sent by email using AWS SES. The primary form infrastructure is deployed in the AWS Europe (Milan) region, eu-south-1. AWS may use approved subprocessors and contractual transfer safeguards under its data-processing terms where processing from another location is necessary.
Sharing and retention
Form submissions are not sold and are not used for unrelated mailing lists. Applications that do not progress into an active early access evaluation or commercial discussion are normally deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Records connected to an active relationship may be retained longer where contractual, tax, or legal obligations require it. Closed privacy-request records are retained for up to 24 months to document their handling.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing using the privacy request form below. Data portability applies where required by law. We may need to verify that you control the email address related to the request before acting on it.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully. You can still contact devFlorence first through the privacy request form so the concern can be reviewed directly.
